Responsibilities

• Enter executed leases

• Provide monthly Rent Rolls reports

• Monitor actual vs budget revenues and expenses

• Issue 1099's annually for each entity and assist with preparation of Tax Filings

Skills

• Bank Reconciliations (3 years of experience is required)

• General Ledger (3 years of experience is required)

• Financial Statements (1 year of experience is required)

• Property Tax (3 years of experience is required)

• Years of experience: 6 years
