Responsibilities: This role is vital in the restaurant and each day in our restaurants presents unique experiences, and no two days are ever the same, but typically, every day involves the following responsibilities:

  • Assist the management team in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment.

  • Includes, but it not limited to: cleaning equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms, restrooms, HVAC/exhaust units and roof of debris, taking out trash, emptying trash compactor, changing light bulbs, filtering oil fryers daily, and maintaining outside grounds.

  • Ensure a memorable visit for our guests by maintaining the upkeep of customer and employee-accessible areas.

  • Provide the supply by unloading incoming deliveries two times a week and helping to replenish necessary stock.

  • Be in the know by conducting routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment and building systems.

  • Lead the experience by ensuring the maintenance meets and exceeds food safety and storage standards of excellence.
