Kelly Services Industrial Sewing Machine Technician in Monroe, North Carolina

SEWING MACHINE TECHNICIAN

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the repair, maintenance, and adjustment of a wide variety of sewing machines. This role is crucial to ensuring our production runs smoothly, as the Sewing Machine Technician will be responsible for diagnosing and fixing any issues that arise with our equipment. Key Responsibilities: - Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various types of industrial sewing machines. - Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues with sewing machines and implement effective solutions. Avativ - Adjust machine settings and calibrations to meet the specific needs of different sewing tasks. - Provide technical support and training to machine operators. - Maintain an inventory of spare parts and manage orders as needed. - Keep detailed records of all maintenance and repair work performed. - Collaborate with the production team to ensure machines are running efficiently. - Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent preferred. - 3-5 years proven experience as a Sewing Machine preferred - Strong understanding of the mechanics of industrial sewing machines. - Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong communication skills.

WEEKLY PAY
