Description We are in search of a Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Waste, Refuse & Environmental Waste Management industry located in Monroe, North Carolina. The person in this role will be responsible for handling inbound calls, managing customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate records. This position also offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Answer and manage inbound customer calls promptly and professionally

• Enter and process work orders with high accuracy

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for data entry and other tasks

• Maintain and manage customer records, ensuring accuracy at all times

• Correspond with customers via email to resolve inquiries and issues

• Handle both inbound and outbound calls as required by the role

• Manage and schedule appointments as necessary

• Work in a call center environment, providing exceptional customer service to all customers. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

• Proven experience in a call center environment

• Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls effectively

• Exceptional customer service skills

• Experience in data entry and order entry

• Ability to schedule appointments accurately and efficiently

• Excellent email correspondence skills

• Ability to answer inbound calls promptly and professionally

• Ability to work in the waste, refuse, and environmental waste management industry

• Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative is preferred.
