KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * As needed, fulfills basic duties of Direct Care Staff * Screens, hires and supervise CLS site personnel, their training and performance. * Organizes site staffing according to service authorizations and consumer needs. * Develops implements, and supervises client services. * Consults with contracting agency staff and service providers in assessing client needs, and arranges services as directed. * Insures that client records, program data, site maintenance and financial records are updated regularly and meet established requirements. * Manages and supervises the use of consumer funds, completing required reports monthly. * Serves as the primary contact person for all communications with agency staff, parents and guardians, school and workshop staff, case worker and consultants. * Insures that sites are maintained in a clean and homelike manner. * Monitors agency vehicle use, records and maintenance to assure compliance with agency standards. * Participates in agency Quality Improvement efforts. * Maintains an awareness of agency and state regulatory agencies policies. Monitors and directs site compliance to these regulations. * Provides direct service to consumers and supervision of site staff by working in consumer sites twice weekly.
