Job duties involve using calculators and computers to compute, classify, and record numerical data to maintain financial records complete relevant to all the financial transactions on bills and invoices. Perform any combination of routine calculating, posting, and verifying duties to obtain primary financial data for use in maintaining accounting records. Check the accuracy of figures, calculations, and postings of accounts payable and accounts receivables related to business transactions recorded by other employees.
