Overview: The Woodstock Way Groovy Eatery is seeking Wood Fired Pizza Makers in Mongaup Valley, NY.
The Wood Fired Pizza Maker will be responsible for making and creating woodfired brick oven pizzas using fresh ingredients and unique flavor combinations. Must be willing to experiment with new recipes and toppings as well as making cast iron menu items other than pizza in the wood fired oven. Be able to follow procedure and ensure consistency and quality in every dish.
Skills required to perform job: Knowledge of how to operate a wood fired pizza oven Knowledge of Food Prep and Safety Regulations Capable of catering to customers' requests Able to work with multiple personalities and maintain professionalism
Requirements: 1 year of experience in a pizza cooking role Reference Checks Driver License Own Car
Shift and Salary: These are full-time and part-time positions, Tuesday-Sunday, 2nd and 3rd shift, $18 to $25 hourly depending on experience.
