What you’ll be responsible for:
Researches, designs, schedules, and implements training projects.
Analyzes specific needs of education development projects. Collects and reviews technical specifications required of education projects.
Coordinates publication and dissemination of those materials.
Develops, evaluates, and designs instructionally sound appropriate educational materials according to department specifications.
Maintains education files and file hierarchy according to department specifications.
May perform other job duties as assigned.
What you’ll need to have:
Minimum of four years of experience in education design.
Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools and multimedia development software, such as Articulate Storyline and Rise, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, Camtasia, Premiere Pro or other video editing software.
What would be nice for you to have:
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
A seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of area of specialization. Works on moderately complex and diverse projects. Exercises good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
Strong knowledge of PC, classroom environments, and MS Office Tools.
Able to participate in and facilitate group meetings.
Strong communication skills.
Able to balance and prioritize multiple demands from various stakeholders.
Demonstrates problem solving skills.
