We are on the lookout for a Systems Security Administrator to join our Client's growing team! This is a new role and as a Systems Security Administrator, you will take the lead in implementing and maintaining security standards and practices within their applications. Your role will be vital in ensuring the security of our IT operations, vendor partnerships, and project implementations. This role does require at least 2 days onsite. Responsibilities:

• Ensure integration of security measures from the design phase through to implementation.

• Collaborate with various teams across all projects, offering guidance and approval on security frameworks and solutions.

• Evaluate and assess the security protocols of third-party vendors and partners.

• Negotiate robust data protection and compliance terms in contracts with vendors.

• Lead the identification and mitigation of risks associated with IT operations.

• Maintain and update the Cyber Security Risk Register.

• Serve as a primary contact during external audits and compliance reviews.

• Enhance identity and access management practices in collaboration with relevant teams.

• Act as a backup for related roles as necessary.

• Assist in developing and refining incident response strategies.

• Provide expert knowledge and support during security incidents.

• Present technical information to business units and collaborate successfully with IT colleagues.

Requirements • Must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of Systems Security Administration within the Financial Services industry

• Demonstrated expertise in Cisco Technologies is required

• Proven experience with Firewall Technologies is essential

• Must have a strong understanding of Authentication procedures and practices

• Proficiency in Configuration Management is expected

• Experience in Application Security is a must

• Should have a solid background in Vendor Management

• Familiarity with Application Architecture is a prerequisite Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
