This is a salaried position ranging from $60,338 - $90,507. The final remuneration will be determined in accordance with CoVantage Credit Union standard practices, reflecting the successful candidates’ skills and experience.
Job duties
Oversee daily branch operations and lead a member-facing team by example
Consistently provide members with exceptional service and outstanding value
Build strong relationships with new and existing members and truly make a difference in people's lives
Regularly serves as a Member Service Representative in opening consumer loan/deposit accounts, answering questions on existing account, explaining CoVantage's online/mobile services, and other responsibilities
Actively share information about credit union products and services to help members meet their financial needs
Coach employees to identify member needs and align products/services that will help members
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or three years of relevant work experience with related training
Have experience in consumer lending, credit cards, deposit accounts, and collections
Must possess highly effective oral and written communication skills
Excellent organizational, time management, leadership and interpersonal skills
Proficient with Microsoft office and Windows software
Candidates able to read, write and speak Spanish are strongly encouraged to apply
