Schedule: Monday-Friday, Onsite, 8AM-5PM

Duration: 2+ months

What’s a typical day as a Customer Service Representative - Logistics? You’ll be:

• Responsible for accurate collection and documentation of customer requirements and specifications to facilitate customer orders, including quantity, quality, schedule, delivery, and other important items.

• Organizing job information and entering it into appropriate company systems, tracking changes, and updating all systems in a timely manner.

• Assisting with scheduling and supporting customer visits, press checks, and tours of the facility, including scheduling space, employees to attend, meals, technology needs, and providing general support.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a High School diploma or State-issued equivalency (required).

• Possess strong communication skills and can provide professional, efficient, and effective interactions through email and phone calls.

• Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. SAP experience a plus!
