Your day-to-day will involve seamless cross-functional collaboration with various departments to bring operations initiatives to life, leading problem-solving efforts that break new ground.
Your leadership will be instrumental in guiding a diverse team of unionized individuals, each at different stages in their career and educational journey. This role demands a solid background in operations, manufacturing, distribution, and/or supply chain processes, with a proven track record of leading teams through the successful implementation of initiatives and performance enhancements. A commitment to continuous improvement is at the heart of this role, along with the flexibility to work an off-shift schedule.

What You Need
Bachelor’s degree plus 2 years of production, operations or logistics experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years of military operations and leadership experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 6 years of production, operations or logistics experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 6 years of military operations and leadership experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Successful completion of the Gallo Operations/Technical Management Program.
1 year of supervisory or managerial experience; demonstrates team building, leadership and mentoring skills.
Required to work shifts as scheduled.
Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

What Will Set You Apart
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering plus 4 years of production, operations or logistics experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Management plus 5 years of manufacturing operations management, or logistics operations management experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR MBA or Master’s Degree in Engineering plus 2 years of production, operations or logistics experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
Bilingual in English and Spanish.
2 years of supervisory or managerial experience; demonstrates team building, leadership and mentoring skills.
2 years of technical production/operations or technical maintenance experience.
Consumer Package Goods experience.
Experience working in a Union environment.
Experience working with Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and establishing sound maintenance procedures to assure equipment reliability.
Compensation
Hiring Salary Range Posted: $81,000 - $121,600 / year
Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.

In addition to the salary, this position may be eligible for bonuses and incentive plans, as applicable.
