DUTIES:
Validate workbook modification, lead troubleshoot meetings, assist with tooling, part configuration validation, training of others, perform nonconformity research and ensure that a complete plan is established for outstanding manufacturing and engineering actions. Establish LDDs for RNCs while investigating engineering workbook modifications and submitting necessary manufacturing changes to Change Managers. Exchange engineering information with multi-functional engineering team in order to ensure a cohesive one-team engineering concept. Analyze current production and engineering status' and create reports accordingly. Ensure that poly-poly end of year requirements are met and ensure that all engineering training outlined by HR and Management are completed in a timely manner.
