Position Summary The role of the Midwest Regional Child Advocacy Center (MRCAC) Program Coordinator is to provide coordination to the training and technical assistance programs of MRCAC. All positions of the MRCAC are supported by federal grant monies from the Department of Justice (OJJDP) and are employees of the MRCAC under the auspices of the Midwest Children's Resource Center, a department of Children's Hospitals and Clinics of St. Paul. The Program Coordinator will work closely with the Project Director and Project Staff of the MRCAC to fulfill the goals and objectives for the MRCAC. The Program Manager position is a remote position, though some in-person meetings and travel will be required. Applicants must be or become residents or Minnesota or Wisconsin. This position will compile reports and comply with all grant requirements. Additional Details: This is a remote, grand-funded, hourly-paid position. Education: *Bachelor's degree required in the field of Project Management, Information Technology, Communications/Marketing, Education, Social Work, Public Health or other related fields or equivalent experience. Masters preferred. Required Experience: *Minimum 2 years of experience in program coordination and development. *Minimum 2 years of experience providing customer and technical support. *Minimum 2 years of experience working with multidisciplinary professionals (i.e. medical, legal, social services, law enforcement, victim services etc.). Required Skills and Abilities: *Extensive computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.). *Working knowledge and proficiency with web-conferencing and streaming communications and ability to troubleshoot technological barriers, web-based survey design and management, online meeting facilitation, etc. *General knowledge of program development and evaluation. *Understanding of quantitative and qualitative analysis of program outcomes. *Must demonstrate strong organizational skills and work habits; ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines; ability to develop and move projects forward with independence and autonomy; strong problem-solving and trouble- shooting skills; ability to lead meetings and manage large and small projects. *Independent worker and able to function as a team player with initiative and flexibility. *Excellent people, verbal, and written communication skills necessary. *Strong commitment to customer service, continuous quality improvement and professional development *Commitment to strong team environment and direct communication with coworkers. Preferred Skills and Abilities: *Extensive knowledge of Children's Advocacy Centers and the system of investigating, recognizing/diagnosing and prosecuting child abuse. *Knowledge in program evaluati n design and analysis. *2 years of experience in customer service and support of technology facilitated programming and facilitation.
