We are seeking a strategic and experienced Program Manager Leader to manage a team of program managers responsible for overseeing the Salesforce and Prophet 21 applications. This leadership role will provide direction and guidance to a team of professionals, ensuring the successful management, optimization, and integration of both platforms across the organization. The Program Manager Leader will work closely with leadership, business stakeholders, and IT teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and drive the continuous improvement of Salesforce and Prophet 21 implementations.

Where is the work:
This is a remote position.
What you will do:
Leadership & Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of program managers responsible for Salesforce and Prophet 21 initiatives. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture focused on continuous learning and improvement.
Program Strategy & Oversight: Define the strategy and long-term vision for managing Salesforce and Prophet 21 initiatives across the organization. Oversee the execution of key programs, ensuring they meet business goals, timelines, and budgets.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with leadership, business units, IT teams, and external vendors to define program objectives, set priorities, and ensure the successful delivery of both Salesforce and Prophet 21 projects.
Resource Management: Oversee the allocation of resources across various Salesforce and Prophet 21 projects, ensuring optimal staffing and skill utilization. Ensure that projects are well-resourced and meet all deadlines and milestones.
Process Improvement: Lead efforts to continuously improve processes related to program management, project delivery, and platform optimization. Implement best practices and ensure that both Salesforce and Prophet 21 projects are executed in a standardized, efficient manner.
Stakeholder Communication: Maintain strong communication with stakeholders at all levels. Regularly provide status updates, highlight potential risks, and ensure alignment on project objectives and outcomes.
Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with program execution, and lead efforts to resolve issues or obstacles that arise during the lifecycle of Salesforce and Prophet 21 programs.
Change Management & Adoption: Ensure that change management strategies are effectively implemented across programs, driving user adoption and engagement. Oversee the development of training, documentation, and post-launch support.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Establish metrics and KPIs to track program performance and team effectiveness. Report on program health, financials, and key performance indicators to senior leadership.
What you will bring:
Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. PMP, PgMP, or other relevant program management certifications preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of program management experience, with at least 5 years of leadership experience.
Strong background in managing Salesforce and Prophet 21 applications or similar enterprise software platforms.
Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional programs and teams.
Extensive experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
Skills:
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage, motivate, and influence team members and stakeholders at all levels.
Strong strategic and business acumen with the ability to align technology initiatives with organizational goals.
Expertise in program management, including resource planning, risk management, and budget management.
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce and Prophet 21 platform capabilities, integrations, and best practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering results.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with managing a team supporting both Salesforce and Prophet 21 across different modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Prophet 21 ERP, etc.).
Experience in change management and fostering successful user adoption across business units.
Knowledge of enterprise integration tools and cloud technologies.
Work Environment:
- This position may require occasional travel for on-site meetings, training, or conferences.

Compensation:
Total Target Compensation: $144,000 to $173,000 (this is inclusive of base salary plus incentive). Total compensation for this role will include an incentive plan.
Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.
