As a Customer Service Representative, you will ensure that we deliver on our promise of outstanding service. Looking for experienced Customer service representatives! Monday-Saturday (Will have Sunday and 1 other day off per week). 11am-8pm (or close)- Sometimes the last truck will not come in until 9pm and we must stay until the last truck has made it in.

salary: $15.99 - $16 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 11 AM - 8 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email

• Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner

• Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues

• Monitor progress of delivery routes

• Scan haul-away pods and verify stamp

• Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders
