Sales and Service ManagerA locally owned Missoula custom fireplace company, in business for over 30 years, is looking for a Sales and Service Manager to join their team of skilled professionals. This company prides itself on its exceptional customer service and high-quality work and is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for a job with variety and purpose.Essential Job Responsibilities:-Accurate data entry while managing customer inquiries via phone, email and walk-ins-Assist customers with product and design questions in a professional manner-Manage inquiry intake process from initial customer outreach through install handoff-Continuous follow-up with customers based on project inquiries-Timely communication and follow-up with owner and customers for pricing estimates, project timelines and feedback loops-Manufacturing vendor management-QuickBooks / Excel data entry for pricing and inventory-Inventory management-Forklift operationWhy you want this position:-Starting Wage: $18/hour+ DOE-Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (No weekends)-PTO and health insurance stipend-Opportunity for growth and salary advancement based on performanceQualifications:-Customer service experience in a front office or equivalent-Experience managing phones and customer information-Excellent written and verbal communication skills-Strong attention to detail and computer skills-Ability to manage competing tasks and deadlines-Experience with QuickBooks, Excel and Outlook-Background in construction or HVAC industry a plus-Forklift experience a plus, but will receive on-site training
