This is a remote position.

In this rewarding role, you will:
Work as an advocate for the provider network
Use pertinent data to identify and solve a range of provider-based issues
Provide explanations and interpretations for provider-based issues to assist operational team members improve support to providers
Provide analytics and comparisons of performance for providers
Communicate issues and assist in resolution with both providers and operations teams
Investigate non-standard provider requests/issues and works with support teams to resolve
Partner with utilization team to identify strengths and weaknesses within the provider network and implement actions for improvement where necessary
Partner with provider relations and utilization teams to develop effective networks
Assist providers in understanding and meeting their contractual obligations
Meet face-to-face with providers to discuss progress and assist with follow up training
Assist in communicating requirement changes related to provider reports, workflows, and system changes
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Travel up to 25% of the time in the regional or nationally, may include evening/weekends
Have exceptional customer service skills
Have the ability to work independently with tight deadlines
Have advanced communication skills both verbal and written
Have effective time management and sense of urgency
Have critical thinking skills with problem solving expertise
Have an ability to maneuver, adapt and address unique nuances of assigned provider region
You must have:
A bachelors degree from an accredited college in Business, Science or related health field, or equivalent experience/combined education
2 years of customer service experience working directly with independent providers in a medical or pharmaceutical environment
An ability to successfully pass National Agency Check and Inquiries (NACI) background investigation
Hours: 7:00am - 3:30pm or 8:00am - 4:00pm MST (hybrid schedule working 2 days on-site)
Salary Range: $56,700.00 - $69,300.00 up to 7% bonus eligibility
