Sinclair Broadcast Group Administrative Assistant (PT) in Missoula, Montana

KECI is looking for a friendly, customer service oriented Part-time Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will be making the first impression on our visitors, customers, and employees when they are welcomed to our station. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, as well as the ability to multitask and provide outstanding customer service to everyone who works at and visits the office. This is an in office position.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the face of the company, offering friendly and professional greeting to those entering the building or calling in on the phone

  • Check in and check out visitors

  • Maintain the Reception and Lobby area, keeping it clean and free of clutter

  • Notify employees of guest arrivals

  • Answer a high-volume of calls from a multi-line phone system and connect callers to the appropriate person / department

  • Sort and distribute mail daily

  • Assist with special projects as needed

  • Order supplies and stock the breakroom as needed
