Insight Global Staffing Coordinator in Mississauga, Ontario
Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Staffing Coordinator to join one of the top software companies in North America. This individual will be the point of contact for HR related questions and inquires. They will be responsible for monitoring the Global HR email alias and HR ticketing system for inquiries related to onboarding of new hires, end date management, approving workflows. Providing excellent customer service through timely, accurate and complete responses to customers or forward relevant inquiries to appropriate Centers of Excellence teams as needed. They will also collaborate closely with N. America HR Ops, Canada HR Ops, HRIS team (HR Information Systems) and Staffing Team to streamline processes and increase productivity. They will be required to get familiar using their HR cloud-based platform (Employee Central/Success Factors)

Skills and Requirements
Must-haves
Education: Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
At least 1-2 years' experience in HR and benefits programs or relevant experience preferred
Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a complex, fast-paced business environment while maintaining close attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interface with internal HR staff and all employee levels
Proficient computer skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
Success Factors platform or related HCM Cloud Application and Applicant Tracking System experience (BrassRing) preferred
Working Pacific Time hours Plusses
Must be self-motivated, highly detailed and organized; takes initiative to make or adapt to changes
Must be able to work both independently and as a team member and maintain confidentiality of employee information
Knowledge of HR in Canada and USA null
