Job Title: Junior Sales Consultant

Location: Mississauga, ON

About Us:

The Acquisition Group and our client Inclera are expanding and looking to add several Junior Sales Consultant's to our team. We are expanding our Business Solutions Campaign in the Mississauga, ON area. Our client Inclera is a payment solutions company dedicated to assisting businesses and the Fintech industry by providing robust payment processing infrastructure and strategic financial counseling.

Position Overview:

We are focused on bringing on sales-focused individuals and training them to become top-performing professionals in the industry. The ideal candidate will enjoy working within a team environment and excel in a target and goal orientated environment. This isn’t a typical role. We value self-starters who are committed to hard work and exceeding their goals. We strongly believe in promoting from within, and we offer ample opportunities for growth through perseverance and the right attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit small and medium businesses to professionally promote and sell Inclera products and services.

  • Promote urgency through a solutions-based sales approach, identifying challenges with businesses and providing unique targeted value

  • Analyze customer needs and interests to identify and recommend the most suitable products.

  • Accurately complete and submit new business paperwork, expense reports, and weekly activity reports by the deadlines set by management.

  • Manage and coordinate the entire sales cycle, from initial appointments to ongoing customer relationship management.

  • Develop and achieve sales quota targets set by management.

  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and workshops to stay updated on market trends.

    Qualifications:

  • Previous sales experience, particularly in door-to-door or business settings, is preferred.

  • Vehicle preferred.

  • Experience in the merchant industry is an asset.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain long-term professional relationships.

  • A proactive, go-getter attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Full time hours are preferred.
