Job Description

Responsibilities:

* Help teams Upskilling and adopt DevOps Best Practices

* Help development team onboard to the Golden CI/CD Template

* Collaborate with the program team to enhance & Customize the Golden Pipeline based on the teams requirements

* Provide DevOps Delivery coaching to teams on all aspects of the software delivery lifecycle Framework, with a strong focus on TDD, BDD and shifting left security compliance and removing Technical Debt.

* Provide team and Product Ownership/scrum masters coaching around Product centricity and DevOps / Agile fundamental practices

* Observes the team to understand and remove impediments keeping the team from operating effectively as a DevOps / Agile team

* Work closely with the team and Identify opportunities for automation

* Create training materials relative to specific DevOps training needs

* Participate in enterprise DevOps transformation team efforts

Skills and Requirements

* 8+ years of experience working within a DevOps environment with expertise in infrastructure-as-code and understanding of software/application development

* 8+ years expertise in cloud platforms (AWS / GCP & OpenStack)

* Experience with configuration management and infrastructure provisioning tools (Terraform\ )

* Experience with Docker containers and container orchestration (Kubernetes, OpenShift, etc.)

* Experience mentoring, coaching, and/or leading a team and able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization

* Deep understanding of the DevOps philosophy and Agile methods

* Automating traditional processes with scripting or configuration management

* Ability to diagnose technical problems, debug code, and coach on how to automate routine tasks

* Experience of the full software delivery lifecycle and deep Knowledge of Software Engineering work, DevOps,TDD, CI/CD, ...

* An analytic spirit who sees a product/system as a series of small deliverables who has the ability to transfer this vision through workshops (story mapping, customer journey etc.)

* Strong experience on leading large projects, transformation efforts, process improvements, product implementations, systems development and integration efforts null
