Job Title: Avionics Technician

Job Description

Join our team as an Avionics Shop Technician! You'll be tasked with maintenance work on private jets and the Sky Regional line of aircrafts. Your primary responsibilities will involve heavy installation and modification work, specifically focusing on NICAD Batteries and components. This includes inspections, overhauls, and meticulous documentation of jobs. We're looking for a dedicated professional who understands the fast-paced environment of an airline.

Hard Skills

• Avionic Apprentice

• Avionic systems - repairs & Maintenance

• Experience working on the NICAD Battery (Overhaul, inspecting)

Soft Skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to adapt to changing work schedules

• Attention to detail for accurate documentation

Job Type

This is a contract position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Mississauga, Ontario.

Work Environment

You will be working in a clean maintenance facility. Please note that during the summer and winter seasons, temperatures can fluctuate due to open doors. The hangar hosts multiple aircrafts, so sensitivity to health and safety is crucial. Our culture is fast-paced, non-union, and multi-cultural. You will typically work Monday-Friday from 7AM-3PM, but must also be open to working 5 days on, 5 days off, or 4 days on with 12-hour shifts, including some weekend
