Your Role:

As the Administrative Manager, you'll be at the heart of our office, ensuring smooth operations and supporting our client’s team in various capacities. We're looking for someone who is friendly, efficient, and ready to make an immediate impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a Positive Atmosphere: Greet visitors warmly, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment.

  • Administrative Support: Assist with daily office tasks, including filing and managing correspondence and also hosting workshops once a month.

  • Sales Support: Learn more about the industry, handle sales submissions, manage databases, schedule meetings, and prepare sales documents.

  • Customer Service: Respond promptly to inquiries, providing exceptional service to both internal teams and external partners with the use of CRM tools.

  • Data Management: Update team rosters, track payroll, and maintain accurate records through efficient data entry.

  • Confidentiality: Safeguard sensitive information with the highest level of discretion.

  • Tech Savvy: Utilize technology effectively, including Microsoft Office, Salesforce, to streamline office processes.

    Minimum Requirements:

  • Available to work full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM in the office.

  • At least 6 months of experience in an administrative role.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or a call center.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.

  • Typing speed of at least 45 WPM.
