Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Contract Administrator II in New York. Serving as the primary interface for customers regarding contracting matters, this role is vital in establishing and maintaining cooperation and compliance. The role is within the Aerospace industry where you will interact with both government and commercial customers, as well as representatives from various departments.
Responsibilities:
• Establish and foster trust and cooperation with customers
• Ensure compliance with negotiated terms and conditions, as well as company policies
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action based on their status
• Work closely with the Program Management, Engineering, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Leadership teams
• Process customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency
• Maintain precise customer credit records
• Manage customer inquiries and resolve them in a timely manner
• Perform ad hoc financial operations as per the company's regulations
• Coordinate with suppliers for component selection and specification
• Review and handle paperwork related to purchase orders and collection processes.

• Engineering background or knowledge is beneficial.
• Experience in dealing with financial notes and purchase orders.
• Ability to effectively coordinate with suppliers.
• Proficient in component selection and specification.
• Strong understanding of company policy and ability to ensure compliance.
• Experience in supply chain logistics is preferred.
