Description:

• Perform process engineering design to select appropriate equipment technology.

• Prepare detailed capital project request reports.

• Execute project controls, including forecasting and spending.

• Evaluate process control, monitoring, data acquisition, and support requirements for manufacturing.

• Implement projects, ensuring design criteria, safety standards, budgets, and timelines are met.

• Develop validation master plans and protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ) for equipment, facilities, systems, cleaning, and processes.

• Prepare and update schedules for validation activities.

• Develop SOPs, preventive maintenance, and calibration programs at start-up.

• Assess equipment, support systems, and facility modifications for revalidation requirements.

• Ensure maintenance support and operator training for efficient equipment operation.

• Interface with production and R&D management to schedule projects.

• Assist R&D during scale-up with equipment planning and operating issues.

• Support GMP documentation for equipment modifications, including user specifications, commissioning protocols, work instructions, training materials, and SOPs.
