Description:

• Prior Manufacturing Engineering and Lean Manufacturing experience in a high mix, low volume Aerospace environment highly desired.

• Min 2 years of experience with Lean Action Workouts (kaizen) or other strategic cross-functional Lean improvement activities.

• Min 2 years of experience in practical problem-solving methodology (RCCA).

• Strong (Lean) performance management skills – Daily/weekly/monthly operating reviews, KPI development & management.

• Experience in the application of key Lean principles

• Good oral and written communications and presentation skills – Meeting leadership, Microsoft PowerPoint and Teams.

• Documentation experience needed utilizing Power Bi to enter data.
