The City of Minot is accepting applications for the position of Grant Project/Compliance Coordinator in the NDR Department with an application deadline of Tuesday, October 29th 2024. This position is open to all qualified internal and external applicants.
- Nature of
Work
In the role of Coordinator, the employee will monitor and review activities of the National Disaster Resilience Grant program, CDBG-DR Allocations #1, #2 and Entitlement program assuring compliance with policies and procedures, and HUD rules and regulations, and other activities which from time to time may be assigned by the Disaster Recovery Grant Administrator. In this position, the employee will also contribute to ensure compliance with federal regulatory requirements for contracts funded with Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) monies working in conjunction with the Internal Auditor and the Finance Department. Work is performed under the direction of the Disaster Recovery Grant Administrator. *Please see the attached job description for complete details. *

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field.
- A minimum five years of experience in a highly regulatory environment or setting.
- Demonstrated knowledge of compliance related to government programs, best practices, and regulatory requirements and issues.
Ability to draft regulatory policies and procedures.

Benets
- The assigned salary range for the position of Grant Project/Compliance Coordinator under the 2024 City of Minot Annual Pay Plan is a Grade 62, which is $58,627- $87,032 annually .
- This is a full time, FLSA Exempt position not eligible for overtime.
