Spectraforce Technologies Inc. R&D Engineer in Minnetonka, Minnesota
Job Title: R&D Engineer Location: Minnetonka, MN, 55345 Duration: 12 Months Shift: 08 am - 5 pm Job Responsibilities: * Quality control * A mix between project management and engineering. * Tracking deadlines * 5-6 key parts, qualifying new suppliers with these same parts. * Will be working with different teams to coordinate the projects. * Local candidates, but is open to outside candidates if there are no locals. * Serve as a leader to various teams, motivating them to get things done. Must Have Skills: * Engineering experience (open to all types) * Project management experience. * 2-4 years of relevant experience in these fields minimum. * Bachelor's degree in engineering (biomedical is a plus). * Great communication skills and leadership ability. * Organized, able to bridge the gap between other departments. * Technical expertise in an engineering setting. Nice to Have Skills: * Experience working with catheters.
