The Graphic Designer is responsible for defining the design direction on specific assignments, will report to the digital design Creative Manager, and will work in partnership with the Creative Services team, Trade Show Manager, and Brand Managers to complete design projects on time and on specification.ResponsibilitiesPrimary role will be to develop digital graphics for brand identity, email marketing, tradeshow displays, digital advertising, social media, websites, interactive design and moreAdditional support to be provided to the print graphics team as needed for catalogs, brochures, tradeshow support materials, print advertising, product packaging, and point-of-purchaseProject management of work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials neededPlan concepts by studying information, materials or creative briefsCollaborate with Creative Services team members on ideation and concepting for larger initiativesPartner with Brand Managers and other stakeholders to achieve project and company goalsArt direction and styling for studio and field photo shoots, as neededRequirementsBachelor's Degree in graphic or industrial design, or equivalent experience and/or training2 years' experience in design-related positionExcellent design, color and typographic skillsImage color correction experience a mustExpertise in Adobe Creative Cloud applications on the Mac platform required: InDesign, PhotoShop, IllustratorExperience in these design platforms preferred: Adobe XD, Adobe After Effects, Canva, FigmaExperience in these platforms is a plus: SketchUp, Unreal EngineCopywriting and video editing experience is a plusAbility to create templates in Canva or Bynder Studio is a plusExperience in social media marketing is a plusExperience in Microsoft Teams and Adobe Workfront is a plusWhat CRH Offers YouHighly competitive base payComprehensive medical, dental and disability benefits programsGroup retirement savings programHealth and wellness programsA diverse and inclusive culture that values opportunity for growth, development, and internal promotionAbout CRHCRH has a long and proud heritage.
