What you'll do at Jamf: The Web Content Specialist is responsible for building, optimizing and updating the pages of our multi-lingual website. In this role, you will work closely with other teams of Developers, UX Designers, SEO Specialist, etc. What you can expect to do in this role: Build and update webpages (site pages, blogs, resource pages) in several languages using Jamf CMS. Implement SEO recommendations on all our websites by amending the pages based on the findings from our SEO team. Collaborate with the UX Design team to improve accessibility, efficiency, usability and the overall experience on Jamf.com. Collaborate with the Digital Optimization team to increase the conversion rate for our primary goals on Jamf.com and localized websites. Track, prioritize and escalate issues to maintain the best user experiences on our websites. Research and request CMS functionalities to increase productivity, efficiency, costs and quality. Work with multiple teams to support cross-team web projects, ensuring on-time delivery, understanding prioritization, and resolving conflicting project needs and dependencies. What we are looking for: Minimum of 2 years experience in Content Management System (CMS) (Required) Business level proficiency in English (Required) General experience with macOS and iOS platforms (Preferred) Experience working with Monday.com and Jira (Preferred) Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to communicate complex technical terms in an easy to understand, non-technical manner Ability to interact effectively with co-workers in a results driven culture Self-starter, energetic multi-tasker, highly motivated and team player Ability to understand complex problems and to collaborate and explore alternative solutions Ability to organize and prioritize own work schedule EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS 4 year / Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Required) A combination of relevant experience and education may be considered.
