Description:

  • Deploying, implementing and configuring all purchased Change Healthcare Cardiology products and solutions

  • Performing software and hardware installation and/or upgrade, system configuration, quality testing, and documentation according to Change Healthcare defined processes

  • Test, benchmark, and verify that the implemented system is error free and functional prior to delivery to the customer

  • Work closely with customers to benchmark, design, plan and implement optimal CIS (Cardiology Information Systems) solutions

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with customers to benchmark, design, plan and implement optimal RIS (Radiology Information Systems) solutions

  • Advanced troubleshooting (Oracle, Microsoft OS, Active Directory, Networking, Hardware)

  • Responsible for onsite asset review included as part of the implementation and transition to the Support group

  • Performing software and hardware installation and/or upgrade, system configuration, quality testing, and documentation according to Change Healthcare defined processes

  • Responsible for all parts issued for builds which include counting, recording, exchange, replacement, report shortages and filing RMA reports

  • Perform Final Quality Assurance for finished systems as assigned in accordance with Enterprise Imaging quality system

  • Resolve technical problems, analyze and evaluate issues that may occur during implementation

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED (or higher)

  • 3+ years of IT experience implementing Information Systems or related experience building and configuring systems

  • 2+ years of experience with Windows based applications such as Word, Excel, and MS server 2019, IIS and Oracle 1

  • 2+ years of experience in Advanced troubleshooting (SQL, Microsoft OS, Active Directory, Networking, Hardware)

  • Intermediate understanding of Network topology and protocols

  • Intermediate knowledge and understanding of Active Directory

  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MCSE and/or A+ Certification

  • Security+ certification

  • Experience Medical Information Systems

  • Medical Imaging knowledge/experience

  • Dicom knowledge/experience

  • DSR knowledge/experience

  • HL7 knowledge/experience

Residents Only : The hourly range for California, Colorado, Nevada, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Rhode Island, Hawaii, Washington or Washington, D.C. residents is $58,300 to $114,300 per year. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
