A Day in the Life

The Technical Enablement Leader provides strategic direction, leadership and oversight for digital capabilities directly related to our transformation strategy for Field, Depot & Technical Contact Centers. The objective of this role is to determine the roadmap which differentiates Medtronic and drives the company’s competitive capabilities through driving solutions to further improve Uptime, driving ease of doing business for our customers and cost-to-serve reduction.

Key responsibilities (individual):

  • Drive harmonized systems roadmap based on business priorities for all Service & Repair systems including new capabilities via business cases & funding to ensure all Service & Repair groups globally operate on harmonized systems that meet user needs including VR

  • Drive common harmonized systems processes globally for IT projects, systems enhancements/changes including intake of enhancement/project requests, act as single point of contact for all requests

  • Develops compelling digital strategies to promote the organization's services throughout the full value stream via digital channels.

  • Manages the design, implementation, and performance measurement of digital programs, content and key stakeholder digital engagement results and develops insights into customer's digital behaviors.

  • Responsible to ensure all users are aware and prepared for IT changes before they are deployed

  • Drive master data harmonization via process and solution design. Single source for all operational and commercial reporting + work with finance on visualizing virtual P&L

  • Utilize team to shape business demand into supply by partnering with appropriate resources to facilitate the creation of business cases, value plans, global requirements, and global designs

  • Utilize team to own & maintain global business requirements and implementation status, manage regression & user acceptance testing with all regions, build out training material & content for IT changes including work instructions for using IT Systems, & perform training where appropriate

  • Utilize regional level local key users to perform local deployment and end user support.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):€120,800.00 - €181,200.00

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).This position is eligible for an annual long-term incentive plan.
