Job Description
Responsible for leading a variety of psychoeducational and activity group curriculum, along with other duties that provide support for clinical staff.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Facilitate a variety of gender-specific groups including, but not limited to, activity and psychoeducational
Maintain accurate documentation of clients' participation and progress while attending group sessions in the electronic medical record system
Comply with MN Statute Chapter 245G requirements regarding timely paperwork and documentation
Regularly meet with direct supervisor and attend regular team meetings
Provide support and intervention in crisis situations
Maintain professional interaction with clients, staff, interns and community partners while following a strict code of ethics
Work alongside peers to offer and receive support when needed
Maintain consistent communication with primary counselors and clinical supervisors regarding client progress and/or issues that may arise during group sessions
This is a full-time position with some day, evening, and weekend hours available-at 40 hours a week.
