Description We are actively seeking a Sr. Accountant to join our team in the Healthcare/NHS industry based in MINNEAPOLIS, Minnesota. In this role, you will be expected to maintain accurate financial records, facilitate customer interactions, and monitor customer accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Process and evaluate customer credit applications with accuracy

• Maintain accurate records of customer credit information

• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and detail oriented manner

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary

• Develop and adapt financial models as per business requirements

• Work cross-functionally with other departments for seamless operations

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and PeopleSoft Financial Management for data management and financial analysis

• Uphold best practices in grant accounting and business analytics

• Prior experience in a nonprofit setting is preferred, but not mandatory. Requirements • Must possess at least 3 years of experience in a senior accountant role, preferably within the Healthcare/NHS industry.

• Proficient in Financial Modeling and able to handle complex financial structures.

• Experienced in using PeopleSoft Financial Management software for accounting purposes.

• Excellent command over spreadsheet software, with the ability to use it for accurate financial calculations and data management.

• Knowledge of Grant Accounting practices, with the ability to manage and track funds effectively.

• Capable of conducting robust Financial Analysis to support business decision-making.

• Strong Business Analytics skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze business data to drive business improvement.
