Location: Plymouth, MN

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

The Shipping/Receiving Support Admin provides support to areas of administration, service, and sales as well as warehouse work in the areas of shipping and receiving, so you must be able to lift 50+ lbs. and be on your feet for most of the day.

  • Ensure professional, friendly, and positive interactions with internal and external customers.

  • Receive equipment and follow the process to properly track and send equipment for repair.

  • Answer and direct calls, take messages and greet customers, vendors, applicants, and associates.

  • Track and process daily shipping and receiving by documenting information ensuring outbound documentation is complete.

  • Verify the serial and product numbers of all shipments and documents on packing slips.

  • Verify stock activity reports and research discrepancies.

  • Prepare and verify monthly inventory as per policy/deadlines.

  • Order parts and replenish stock levels

  • Ensure equipment is ordered or found in inventory

  • Process warranty repairs, being knowledgeable of product coverage.

  • Set up meeting rooms as required.

  • Ensure the office, including the shipping area, is clean, organized, and client-ready at all times.

  • Distribute inter-office mail and ensure outgoing home office mail is shipped daily.

  • Other duties as assigned

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Inventory experience preferred.

  • Excellent Microsoft Office software skills are required.

  • Excellent communication and client service skills.

  • Attention to detail organization skills.

  • Must be able to lift 50+ lbs.
