Job Description: Ryan Companies is seeking a strategic and visionary Senior Vice President of Human Resources to join our leadership team. Reporting directly to the Chief People and Legal Officer, this leader will play a critical role in aligning HR functions with the overarching business strategies and objectives of the organization. This role is responsible for leading three pivotal teams: Human Resource Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and Human Resources Operations. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with senior executives, regional and sector leaders, and key stakeholders to drive strategic HR initiatives that enhance organizational performance, employee engagement, and talent management. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the long-term business strategy, driving organizational success. Provide visionary leadership to the HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and HR Operations teams. Collaborate with senior leaders to understand and address their business needs with innovative HR solutions. Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to executive leaders on complex HR matters. HR Business Partners: Manage and support a team of HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to deliver HR services across Ryan. Continuously grow the capabilities of the HRBP team to be a valued strategic consultant to the business leaders and managers. Lead the HR Business Partner team in providing proactive and strategic HR support to business leaders. Ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently applied and comply with legal and regulatory requirements. Collaborate on developing and implementing initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and development. Cultivate a lifecycle approach to talent management focused on development, performance management, workforce planning, and talent retention. Provide coaching and guidance to leaders and managers on performance management and development. Collaborate with business leaders to determine current and future business needs to evaluate bench strength in key positions Talent Acquisition: Manage, continuously grow and support the Talent Acquisition leader and professionals, including leveraging the capabilities of the Talent Acquisition team to support Ryan in attracting, hiring and retaining top talent. Ensure the recruitment process is efficient, effective and aligned with the company's diversity and inclusion goals. Collaborate with leaders to develop employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice. HR Operations: Manage, continuously grow and support the HR Operations leader and professionals, including supporting the strategic evolution of the human resources operations in support of the Company's business strategies. Leverage internal and external data, trends, analytics, and insights to assess talent gaps, forecast resource needs, and model future scenarios to accurately identify and prioritize talent risks and opportunities. Collaborate with the HR Operations team to monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. Collaborate with the HR Operations team to ensure HR processes are streamlined and efficient, leveraging technology where appropriate. Culture and Employee Experience: Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that aligns with Ryan's values and mission. Champion diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives across the organization. To be successful in this role, you must have: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. You must have at least 15 years of progressive experience leading large multi-state HR teams. High ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality is required. You will really stand out if you have: Master's degree Professional HR certifications (e.g., SPHR, SHRM-SCP, etc.) Experience in talent acquisition, performance management, employee e gagement, and organizational development Excellent leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization. Compensation: The annual salary range is $215,000 - $290,000 per year. The salary may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
