BLUE SHIELD OF CALIFORNIA Senior Director, Customer Success (Account Management) - Strategic in Minneapolis, Minnesota

Your Role The Product team is responsible for providing product offerings to Blue Shield of California that enables them to improve and achieve their business goals. The Senior Director, Customer Success will report to the Vice President of Product Management. This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations within customer engagement, inclusive of customer success and satisfaction, improving customer experience, building strong customer relationships and enabling strategic engagement. Your Knowledge and Experience Requires a college degree or equivalent experience 12 years of prior relevant experience, including 6 years of management experience 5 years of experience in growing health insurance market share 5 years of experience in managing customer relationships and driving customer satisfaction Requires advanced consultative and relationship building skills to build strong partnerships and reputation with staff, employer groups, brokers, while ensuring an excellent client experience Strategic thinker with ability to align customer success goals to customer objectives Knowledge of customer success platforms, tools, and resources to meet the needs of the customer Pay Range: The pay range for this role is: $198,000.00 to $296,890.00 for California. Note: Please note that this range represents the pay range for this and many other positions at Blue Shield that fall into this pay grade. Blue Shield salaries are based on a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, location (California, Bay area, or outside California), and current employee salaries for similar roles. External hires must pass a background check/drug screen.
