About The Role:

The Senior Director of Client Servicing is a pivotal role responsible for leading a team that delivers comprehensive technology solutions and support. This role requires a strategic approach to client management, ensuring that our technology offerings are showcased effectively and support our clients’ ongoing success and satisfaction.

What You'll Do:

  • Direct the daily management of client accounts, ensuring contractual obligations are met and resources are allocated efficiently.

  • Serve as the main contact for the business development team during pre-sales, facilitating technology demonstrations and discussions.

  • Develop and communicate a clear technology strategy for new clients that supports their business goals and aligns with our company’s objectives.

  • Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with client account leaders, ensuring that they are able to deliver high-quality, efficient services to our clients.

  • Partner with the Client Support team to analyze client trends and supervise performance metrics, informing strategic decisions and communications.

  • Lead and mentor a team of business systems analysts, domain experts, and managers, fostering their growth.

  • Collaborate with the Product team to share client insights that can guide the development of new products or services.

  • Define and track goals related to technology and client solutioning to measure success and achieve goals.

  • Oversee the delivery of contracted services beyond the hypercare phase, ensuring alignment to contract terms.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Technology, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.

  • 10+ years of experience in client servicing, technology solutions, or a related area, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

  • 5+ years Yardi Investment Management/Investment Accounting experience.

  • Consistent record of leading client relationships and delivering technology solutions that drive client satisfaction.

  • Solid understanding of contract language and capable of ensuring team compliance with contractual terms.

  • Superb communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to lead and inspire a diverse team of specialists.

  • Strategic problem solver with the ability to analyze trends and performance data to inform decisions.

  • Experience collaborating with multi-functional teams, including Business Development and Product Development.
