RBC Senior Business Process Analyst in Minneapolis, Minnesota

Identify and propose process improvements to better mitigate risk, be more efficient, and add value to the business as a Senior Business Process Analyst. Use a data-driven approach to develop strategies for leveraging technology, enhancing workflows, and implementing automation. Liaise with other stakeholders to drive progress around department-wide projects and initiatives, identify obstacles, and propose thoughtful solutions. Compile reporting and present on key Business Risk Oversight initiatives and risk trends. At RBC Wealth Management, your career progression matters to us. Conduct gap analyses and capture accurate and thorough input from key stakeholders for various Risk initiatives, highlighting areas of improvement or concern. Collect and document business requirements for project and process improvements and automation efforts. Assist with the creation of documentation, workflows, knowledge articles, and self-service materials. Raise inconsistencies and problems to the attention of management and participate in problem resolution. Review information and trends to ensure that the output of processes are achieving desired results and service levels. Become knowledgeable of the systems used by the department for surveillance and supervision. Perform regular program maintenance or monitoring functions and ensure that existing tools and processes remain updated and are working properly and efficiently. What do you need to succeed? Must-have Bachelor's degree in business, Financial Management, or similar relevant field. 7+ years of experience working as a Project Manager and/or Business or Process Analyst. Expert knowledge of program and project plan development and management, scheduling methodology, waterfall and iterative methodologies, program and project metrics, analysis, and status reporting. Advanced knowledge of change management and business unit functions and how business units relate to each other. Advanced knowledge of relevant technology, standards, methodologies and audit requirements. Other Required Qualifications: Foundational knowledge of the brokerage industry and regulatory landscape. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to use independent judgment while recognizing when to escalate issues. Outstanding oral and written communication and presentation skills. Strong leadership skills and proven ability to effectively influence others. Goal-oriented, critical thinker with creative problem solving skills. Great analytical skills. Ability to utilize a data-driven approach to support change management. Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Experience in managing mid-size projects in a complex organization. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, data visualization tools. What's in it for you?
