Based in our Minneapolis office and in support of the Colliers Mortgage business line, the Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for core administration duties for Salesforce. This professional will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation, optimization, and enhancement of Salesforce to meet the evolving needs of our organization. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Perform routine Salesforce Administrator duties including configuring standard and custom fields/objects, creating and maintaining workflows/process flows, importing and exporting data, creating and customizing reports, dashboards and list views which support specific business processes Configure roles/profiles/permission sets, queues and groups, Chatter, and troubleshoot user access issues Provision user accounts and create a standardized process for the end user lifecycle Provide troubleshooting/analytical skills to assist in resolving errors and find answers Utilize Salesforce tools for testing and deploying updates by utilizing change sets and developer/sandbox environments as appropriate Contribute to the idea creation and implementation of internal feature enhancements to expand the utilization of the product Test all new functionality prior to deployment so that enhancements delivered to the production environment are stable Create training resources and conduct system training, as needed. Other duties as assigned REQUIRED EDUACTION AND EXPERIENCE 3+ years of Salesforce administrator experience to include configuration of the system, system functionality and user/security management. 2+ years of experience working in the commercial mortgage industry preferred Experience installing and maintaining integrations with Salesforce Demonstrated ability to working closely with business resources as a trusted advisor, making recommendations on what features and functionality to use, how to meet business objectives through Salesforce, and how to improve business workflow to create efficiencies Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Salesforce Data Loader, SQL, Excel, and business intelligence platforms Bachelor's degree preferred JOB EXPECTATIONS Regular and reliable attendance required BENEFITS We offer a comprehensive benefits package for employees and their families including medical and dental plan; 401k plan including company matching; firm funded life and disability insurance. #LI-BS1 Make your next move an expert one and join us as we lead the industry into the future.
