UMPhysicians RN Triage (Hepatology) in Minneapolis, Minnesota

Our research is recognized world-wide for its contributions to the development of microbiota-based therapeutics for treatment of Clostridioides difficile infections. What you will do as a Triage RN: Assess the patient and identified actual or potential health, safety or educational needs Uses communication strategies to achieve desirable outcomes Evaluates care and the patient's response to interventions and expected outcomes Facilitates continuity of care through interdisciplinary collaboration and coordination of appropriate health care services What you will need: Current Minnesota RN License Associate's (ADN) or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) BLS certification 5+ years of clinical RN experience Patient education and pro-active disease management experience Location: 909 Fulton Street SE, Minneapolis, MN Hours: 1.0 FTE Sign-On Bonus: (Bonus may be available to qualified applicants) Benefits: This is a fully benefit eligible position: Competitive wages, Healthcare (including vision & dental), 401K, parking & tuition assistance and more! #RN University of Minnesota Physicians (M Physicians), a non-profit organization headquartered in Minneapolis, seeks motivated individuals for both clinical and non-clinical roles to drive innovation in health and medicine.
