UMPhysicians RN Clinic Specialist (Endoscopy) - Remote in Minneapolis, Minnesota

As a RN Clinic Specialist, you will work as part of a large multi-disciplinary team with responsibility providing professional and quality nursing care in our specialty clinics. This individual performs both independent and delegated tasks, which include assessment, planning, delivery, and evaluation of nursing care for assigned patients within a specialty area. Accept change, engage in ongoing process improvement, and provide outstanding customer service and care. RN Clinic Specialist Overview Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Assesses patient needs and identifies anticipated nursing outcomes Coordinates patient care in collaboration with other health care team members Implements nursing interventions based on care plan Delivers care as delegated by physician/authorized practitioner to assigned patients Minimum Qualifications: Associate's (ADN) or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) and current Minnesota RN license BLS certification 5+ years of hospital or clinic experience, or 2+ years of specialty/critical care experience with specialty certification Experience with electronic health record systems Preferred: Advanced Degree graduate from a CNS program with at least 3 years of specialty experience and CNS Certification eligible for privileging Endoscopy, Gastroenterology, or Digestive RN experience 2+ years Specialty training or graduate classes related to clinical area of practice Location: Remote - must be a MN resident Hours:1.0 FTE, 40 Hours a week Benefits: This is a fully benefit eligible position: Competitive wages, Health Care (including vision and dental), 401K, parking assistance, tuition assistance Must reside in MN to be considered University of Minnesota Physicians (M Physicians), a non-profit organization headquartered in Minneapolis, seeks motivated individuals for both clinical and non-clinical roles to drive innovation in health and medicine.
