Pizza Luce Restaurant Department Manager in Minneapolis, Minnesota

We serve up awesome food made from fresh ingredients and original recipes made in-house by our dedicated team members.

Locations hiring: Minneapolis Seward

WHAT THE JOB ENTAILS

  • Report to the General Manager.

  • 45-hour work week, primarily evenings/nights (Closing shifts)

  • Responsible for managing store operations.

  • Responsible for restaurant profitability, staff development, food quality, safety and sanitation procedures, customer service, image management, and understanding of Pizza Luce's culture.

  • Supervise, coach, develop, and empower 30+ staff to provide best in class delivery and curbside service to guests.

  • Understand, implement, and speak with confidence and knowledge about company policies to employees and guests.

  • Ability to work late nights and weekends.

  • In absence of the General Manager, RM performs all managerial duties.

WHAT YOU OFFER US

  • 2+ years of Restaurant Management experience supervising 30+ staff in a high-volume curbside pickup and delivery operation.

  • Adept at delivering excellence in a fast-paced/demanding business.

  • Proven staff management skills including developing strong hourly and supervisory staff to be successful in multiple roles and for advancement within the company.

  • Demonstrated leadership experience with a passion for creating and maintaining a safe and positive work experience for our staff, exceptional guest service, and excellent food.

  • Experience in full-service dining is strongly preferred.
