Prepare the lab for cell culture and assist other lab members in designing experiments. Experiments will be monitored and analyzed, with findings shared with PI and other members of the laboratory staff. Follow up analysis may also often be required. Laboratory Operations (10%) Participate collaboratively in the ongoing operations of the laboratory, which may include ordering supplies, and monitoring inventory. Other Duties and Projects as Assigned (10%) Qualifications Required Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree or higher in a biological or related biomedical field OR a combination of related education and experience to equal 4 years. * Prior laboratory research experience * Exceptional attention to detail Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with culture and differentiation of human induced pluripotent stem cell cardiomyocytes Pay and Benefits Pay Range: $42,000 - $64,209; depending on education/qualifications/experience Time Appointment: 100% Appointment Position Type:Civil-Service & Non-Faculty Labor Represented Staff Please visit the Office of Human Resources website for more information regarding benefit eligibility.
