Atmosphere Commercial Interiors Recruiter (Entry Level) in Minneapolis, Minnesota

Description Summary of Position: Responsible for the daily management and execution of Omni Services operational recruiting needs, which is primarily non-exempt laborers. Maintain positive public, customer, and employee relations. This is an entry-level, in-office, 40+ hour per week, non-exempt position. Essential functions: Must be able to work with little direction, be highly organized and a self-starter. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Highly effective in written and verbal communication. Ability to multi-task including management and oversight of multiple projects running concurrently. Successful performance will be based on the following: Execute day-to-day recruitment activities including partnering with hiring managers to understand their business needs, creating strategic recruitment plans, driving talent pipeline development, and providing consistent updates on recruitment progress. Source, recruit, and screen high-quality, diverse talent to present to hiring managers for selection Proactively connect with candidates and build relationships that convert passive candidates to hires Use of cloud and web-based applicant tracking or automated recruitment modules, mobile applications, and candidate relationship tools. Formulating detailed job descriptions and posting them. Mediating between candidates and hiring managers Placing calls and reaching out to qualified candidates via phone, email, and text messages. Scheduling and coordinating interviews for hiring managers. Proactively stay up to date on recruiting and market trends Maintaining communication with the Operations and Human Resources team on staffing needs and updating them on recruiting progress. Provide recruiting updates and data to Operations and Human Resources. Collaborate with the Operations and Human Resources team to provide candidates with an excellent first impression that encourages relationship building and provide cost effective service solutions to meet company demands. Co-Partner with Direct Supervisor and HR to support applicant tracking. Other duties as assigned Requirements Skills and Abilities: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, social media platforms, job boards, etc. Well-developed verbal and written communication skills. Strong listening skills are a critical element of communication. Self-assurance and sound judgment when working with hiring managers and team members. Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks/requisitions under pressure situations and prioritize them for efficient and effective completion. Demonstrates continuing responsibility for agreed-upon objectives; demonstrates a sense of personal accountability for achieving results; persists when faced with adverse/difficult situations. Ability to lead and take directions in a team environment. Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail skills. Key Requirements: Previous recruiting experience highly preferred Experience recruiting in several markets preferred Experience recruiting non-exempt laborers preferred Experience in Paylocity software, a plus Must be comfortable communicating face-to-face, via the phone and over e-mail. Must be able to foresee and minimize problems before they occur, and the ability to be proactive in addressing potential issues once they have been identified.
