Robert Half Recruiter- 2 days onsite in Minneapolis, Minnesota
Description We are seeking a dedicated Recruiter to join our team in the non-profit industry located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. As a Recruiter, you will be deeply involved in the entire recruitment process, from posting job openings to coordinating with hiring managers and managing the onboarding process. You will also be responsible for maintaining our Applicant Tracking System, participating in job fairs, and establishing partnerships with local academic institutions and workforce development agencies.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure effective management of recruitment procedures, including posting job vacancies in compliance with labor contracts and reviewing applications.
• Foster relationships with local universities, colleges, and workforce development agencies to enhance our visibility as a preferred employer.
• Oversee the administration and analysis of the Applicant Tracking System, scrutinizing applicant flow and sourcing, and handling requests from internal and external applicants.
• Organize and conduct orientations for new team members, and ensure all necessary information is prepared for entry into the HRIS system.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to confirm the accuracy and currency of job descriptions.
• Participate in data collection and analysis, providing insights and suggestions for pay equity and other compliance reports.
• Regularly review, develop, and update metrics, policies, procedures, and forms.
• Handle requests for information from law firms related to research, data collection, and report preparations concerning lawsuits, union grievances, and other legal issues. Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a recruitment role
• Proficient in using Careerbuilder for sourcing potential candidates
• Familiarity with UKG for management of recruitment processes
• Experience in conducting Background Checks as part of the recruitment process
• Proficiency in using UKG Pro for HR and Payroll management
• Demonstrated experience in Full Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring
• Experience in Onboarding, including orienting new hires and facilitating their smooth integration into the company.
