Description We are seeking a Project Manager for our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota, 55416, United States. This role is pivotal in the successful execution of various projects within the Health Insurance industry, providing a unique opportunity to work in a remote setting. This is a contract to hire employment opportunity, with a focus on managing cross-functional projects and using various software tools for efficient task coordination.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the successful implementation and renewal process for various projects, ensuring timely execution and coordination of tasks.

• Utilize tools such as JIRA and Smartsheet to track and execute key tasks associated with project setup.

• Collaborate with Implementation Managers to ensure smooth project progression.

• Maintain accurate documentation and data related to projects, ensuring consistency and accessibility for all stakeholders.

• Address unique project complications or customizations, leveraging your expertise in the HealthCare industry.

• Interact with internal stakeholders effectively, fostering a productive work environment.

• Monitor project progress, taking necessary action as required to ensure timely completion.

• Uphold responsibility for critical tasks within the project lifecycle, including capturing key group identifiers and validating group documentation.

• Facilitate smooth implementation with downstream partners using existing tools and processes.

• Adapt and learn new processes and tools quickly, executing according to established policies and procedures. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the Health Insurance industry

• Demonstrated expertise in Cross Functional Project Management

• Familiarity with the HealthCare Industry and HealthCare Insurance is essential

• Proficiency in using project management tools such as JIRA and Smartsheet

• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

• Proven track record of successfully completed projects within the insurance industry

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, or related field is preferred

• PMP certification would be an added advantage

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities

• High level of integrity and professionalism

• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
