We are working with our great client in Minneapolis who is looking to bring on an Account Coordinator. Within this role, you will be supporting Client Managers with program projects, client initiatives, and escalated service calls, all the while managing multiple accounts and priorities.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Act as the first level of escalation for unresolved client issues

• Resolve issues, including installation delays, service problems, pricing or rate discrepancies

• Resolve disputes between client and vendors

• Manage projects

• Communicate client expectations internally

• Identify resource requirements based on project needs

• Establish and communicate clear deadlines and schedules

• Oversee assigned clients, cultivating and strengthening relationships

• Verify information and ensure accurate system setup with consistent reporting

Qualifications

• post-secondary education strongly preferred, along with a Bachelor’s degree

• 2+ years of related experience

• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook

• Familiarity with an ERP programs is strongly preferred.

  Requirements

• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, is required

• Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information with discretion

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment

• Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
