Inovalon Inc. Product Operations Manager in Minneapolis, Minnesota

This position will require onsite presence two times a week (beween Mon-Wed) in our Minneapolis, MN office. Overview: The Product Operations Manager combines operational responsibility and project management discipline to drive business operations. This role will work closely with Product Leadership, Execution and Development, Client Services, Technology and Engineering, RUN Team, areas to drive the successful delivery of client contractual obligations and track performance metrics against overall corporate objectives, client, product, and team goals. Duties and Responsibilities: Lead the tracking of key performance metrics, contractual obligations, billing, etc. to ensure end to end accountability for the successful operation of Premier Team and Inovalon's delivery of services; Establish and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, management and external partners; Identify key issues, gaps or problems and owns resolution, continuously improves the operation from both quality and cost perspectives; Partner cross-functionally to accomplish organizational objectives and ensure successful operational implementations; Oversee assigned operational projects; Drive key work products, in addition to the successful running of the operation, include process flows, procedures, tools, job descriptions, forecasting work and staffing needs, etc.; Lead and/or participate in key operational improvement such as product performance measurement and process/technology enhancement planning; Contribute to executive level reporting to support leadership decisions; - Lead and/or participate in key Premier Client Team operational improvements such as productivity improvement, activity reporting, dashboard management and process/technology; and Serve as high-level resources for management of assigned Product and Operational areas. Maintain compliance with Inovalon's policies, procedures and mission statement; Adhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA requirements as outlined within Inovalon's Operating Policies and Procedures in all ways and at all times with respect to any aspect of the data handled or services rendered in the undertaking of the position; and Fulfill those responsibilities and/or duties that may be reasonably provided by Inovalon for the purpose of achieving operational and financial success of the Company. Job Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of Healthcareoperational experience; Experience with Medicare or Medicaid preferred; Proven ability to quickly grasp new concepts, plan work and execute projects in a fast-paced environment; Effective verbal and written communications skills with an ability to interact at any level; Strong understanding of project management and business analytics to lead those responsible for carrying out these types of functions (process flows, procedures, spreadsheets, modeling, etc.; Detail oriented and a preference for being held accountable for results; Analytical skills with an interest and aptitude for understanding both business and technical aspects of the business; Ability to work with minimal supervision and tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities; Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Access and Visio; and Superior problem-solving, analytical and critical thinkin skills; Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required; and MBA/Master's Degree preferred. Physical Demands and Work Environment: Sedentary work (i.e. sitting for long periods of time); Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force; Frequently or constantly to lift, carry push, pull or otherwise move objects and repetitive motions; Subject to inside environmental conditions; and Travel for this position will include less than 5% locally usually for training purposes. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. At Inovalon, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
